Job Summary The Senior Vice President, Client Success is responsible for ensuring clients receive best in class service through exceptional delivery of Ventra Health’s service line. This position will have a dual reporting structure

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic use of computer, telephone, Internet, copier, fax, and scanner
  • Touch -typing skills, 40 wpm required, 50 wpm preferred
  • Understand and comply with company policies and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Master’s Degree in related field

Responsibilities

  • Delivers the necessary leadership, mission, vision, and strategy to the client success team
  • Builds, leads, and manages a high performing client success team
  • Establishes, engages, and manages key client relationships and is responsible for the overall leadership of day-to-day client success
  • Serves as a key advisor and active participant in Ventra Health’s strategic business planning
  • Maintains the overview of KPI’s for the service line and ensures expectations exceed
  • Assist the sales team as necessary in their pursuit of new business for the company, using executive’s relationships and knowledge to create lead generation and new opportunities wherever possible
  • Upon execution of a new client contract, assure that services are implemented on time, consistent with contractual provisions as well as client needs, expectations, and Ventra Health’s standards. Take ownership of the client relationship following execution of the contract, coordinating same with the sales team and the Chief Client Officer
  • Develops and executes changes where necessary to meet company and client goals and objectives and to assure the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Oversees plan of action for significant key client deficiencies and owns the service line watchlist to ensure the units follow through on remedial activity
  • Identifies and creates strategic business opportunities within Ventra Health’s existing client base
  • Creates and maintains a collaborative environment conducive to the professional growth and development of employees
