About The Position

Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link”) is a leading operator of warehouses and business parks, specializing in last-mile logistics real estate. Established by Blackstone in 2019, the company connects consumption, technology, and the supply chain across its portfolio, which spans half a billion square feet. We leverage our scale, proprietary data and insights, and foundational focus on sustainability to drive success for our customers’ businesses and deliver value for our stakeholders. We put our people, customers, and communities first and find ways to make a conscious, positive impact where we live and work. Every day, we work to reinvent and lead our industry forward by thinking bigger and challenging the status quo. Job Overview Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the SVP, Business Execution Office will serve as the strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enable Link Logistics to deliver operational excellence and maximize asset value. This leader will translate enterprise strategy into prioritized, executable initiatives across the organization, overseeing the implementation of a pod-based operating model with dedicated program directors aligned to specific functional domains (e.g., Asset Management, Finance, Operations) and deeply embedded within the business. These pods will be responsible for end-to-end transformation delivery, including prioritization, road-mapping, solution design, and execution, driving domain-informed, outcome-oriented results. Each pod contains the disciplines of project management, change management, learning and development, and business analysis. The leader will partner with executive stakeholders to define transformation priorities, operationalize the enterprise roadmap, and foster a culture of agility and innovation. While the Business Execution Office will leverage strong program management disciplines, this role is distinct from a traditional PMO leadership role. The SVP will be accountable for enterprise transformation across organization, process, technology, and operating model change, with an emphasis on business impact and sustained adoption. The SVP will lead the organization’s transition from waterfall execution models to more agile, flexible ways of working, embedding continuous improvement, adaptability, and learning as core operating principles. Success in this role will require significant executive gravitas, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence without authority. The SVP must be adept at articulating clear value propositions, navigating tough questions, adapting communication to different stakeholder contexts, and building trust-based relationships with senior leaders across the enterprise. At a high level, key responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in transformation, enterprise program management, or management consulting, preferably in real estate or logistics sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Expertise in change management, process optimization, and technology enablement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with executive-level judgment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change through influence, adaptability, and judgment, rather than through didactic, timeline-driven project management.
  • Comfortable operating in environments with shifting priorities, balancing structure with flexibility and helping leaders make sense of competing demands.
  • Proven experience working directly with day-to-day functional leaders, embedding within business units, and partnering with teams in their operating rhythm (e.g., offsites, planning sessions, execution reviews) to drive adoption and sustained impact.
  • Ability to operate at the enterprise level, partnering closely with executive leadership to align transformation efforts across functions and serve as a trusted, relationship-driven advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.

  • Champion process optimization to drive efficiency and accelerate adoption of solutions.
  • Implement agile frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance speed and scalability.
  • Ensure transformation initiatives are outcome-driven, value-focused, and designed for long-term sustainability.
  • Lead enterprise change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviors.
  • Partner with business units and functional leaders to design learning plans and upskill talent for transformation readiness.
  • Act as a trusted Business Partner to senior leadership, providing insights on transformation progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Communicate key messages and progress updates to executive teams and broader organization through structured reporting and forums.
