The Senior Vice President (SVP) - ASC Operations is a key member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for overseeing an assigned portfolio of ASC operations which may cover multiple geographic regions and multiple health system partnerships. The role is responsible for setting portfolio and ASC strategy, achieving performance excellence in operations, clinical services, and experience. The SVP will be responsible for managing health system relationships across a multi-market portfolio of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) including lead JV Boards and decisions for the portfolios. This senior executive leads the development and execution of integrated growth strategies, operational and clinical excellence initiatives. The SVP is responsible for achieving the financial performance targets that support organizational goals, enhance patient access, and strengthen strategic partnerships with physicians and healthcare systems. The SVP partners with senior stakeholders including ELT, Market Presidents, health system partners, physician leaders, Atlas support center leader and Board members to ensure ASC financial performance, operational excellence, clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. This role demands a transformational leader with demonstrated initiative, executive presence and skill to influence other executive leader and proven experience managing complex, multi-site healthcare operations in a highly matrixed and competitive environment LOCATION: This role includes responsibility for a multistate territory and involves frequent travel.
