Job Summary: Designs, develops, and implements Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) and physical user experiences, focusing on journey design and seamless collaboration and integration with digital experiences.

Requirements

Creativity: Knowledge of creative approaches and techniques for designing innovative physical and HMI experiences.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze user journey data and make informed design decisions for physical and HMI experiences.
Computer Software & Hardware Integration: Knowledge of HMI technologies and integration with digital platforms.
Human-Centered Design (HCD): Ability to design physical and HMI experiences that meet real user needs.
Journey Design (New Emphasis): Knowledge of mapping and optimizing end-to-end user journeys across physical and digital touchpoints.
User Experience & Interface Design: Ability to design intuitive, ergonomic, and visually effective HMI interfaces.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document business requirements for new HMI features and physical interaction points.
Design, develop, and implement HMI solutions that support end-to-end user journeys across physical and digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with digital experience teams to ensure cohesive, integrated user experiences.
Support existing HMI and physical interfaces, enhancing usability and performance.
Facilitate design thinking workshops to align physical and digital experience strategies.
