About The Position

Core Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of junior designers. Partner with stakeholders to define and align on business objectives. Plan and execute user research; synthesize and communicate findings to stakeholders. Develop user models, journey maps, and scenarios. Produce design artifacts including wireframes, sitemaps, screen flows, and storyboards. Create and refine interactive prototypes. Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate designs to optimize experience. Contribute to content strategy and development. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in complex project environments, including 2+ years in a leadership or specialist capacity.
4+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience across the full design lifecycle (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, journey maps, user surveys).
4+ years of proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).

Nice To Haves

Proven expertise in user research, modeling, and usability testing.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies (CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript).
3+ years of experience in staff supervision and mentorship.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
