About The Position

We’re building a new generation of security products and are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the user experience vision and execution from the ground up. You’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping intuitive and scalable interfaces for security professionals. This is a unique opportunity to design complex systems from zero to one and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing complex systems in enterprise, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS domains.
  • A portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design thinking and execution—preferably in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud-native applications.
  • Mastery of Figma, including design systems, prototyping, components, and variants.
  • Experience with data-rich interfaces, dashboards, and workflows involving real-time data or complex logic.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and design for power users.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and setting design direction independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with security personas such as SOC analysts, CISOs, or SecOps teams.
  • Familiarity with SIEM or PAM platforms.
  • Understanding of security concepts like DevSecOps, Zero Trust, and threat intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of component-based frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Tailwind), or HTML/CSS for effective handoff.
  • Background in compliance-oriented UX or secure design principles.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design process—from ideation and research to high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and security SMEs to define product strategy and roadmap.
  • Design elegant and functional UI for advanced security features such as threat visualization, policy management, and real-time alerts.
  • Drive the creation and evolution of a unified design system using Figma as your core design environment.
  • Lead user research, usability testing, and continuous design iteration based on feedback and data.
  • Promote UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design consistency across all products.
  • Influence product and technical discussions with a strong, user-centered design perspective.
