The people you’ll like to work with and the impact you’ll enjoy driving: As a UX Researcher, your purpose will be to help Booksy build a deep understanding of our customers and deliver a market-leading product experience. You’ll lead the planning and execution of research initiatives using interviews, observations, surveys, usability studies, and other methods to generate actionable insights. You will synthesize data from across the business, align stakeholders on customer understanding, and drive decisions that directly impact product strategy. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and engineers to ensure research supports business goals. You will communicate findings clearly, champion the customer perspective in internal discussions, and mentor non-researchers in engaging with customers. You will also contribute to maintaining an outstanding research practice and positive team culture. US Salary range: $140000 - $165000 USD per year. Requirements

4–7 years of practical experience in UX or applied research, including at least 3 years on a large-scale, multinational technology product
A relevant degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, or another related discipline, or equivalent experience
Proven ability to plan, execute, and synthesize research using multiple qualitative and quantitative methods
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly to non-research stakeholders
Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
You will need to be based in an ET or CT timezone.

Familiarity with common research and collaboration tools, including GSuite
Demonstrable experience mentoring or educating non-researchers in research practice
