About The Position

UX Programs & Operations drives projects by increasing communication, streamlining the UX design process, and fostering a culture of user-centered development. You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, to create industry-leading products based on user insights. As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences. As a UX Programs and Operations Manager, you will lead the commercialization of Quantitative UX Ads Research Tables (QUART) data and drive AI-readiness, democratizing access to UX insights across horizontal programs. By managing the enterprise recruitment participant pipeline and vendor operations, you will integrate infrastructure needs directly into the research enablement workflow to ensure a seamless researcher experience. You will focus on UX analytics that allow you to build systems that track impact metrics and translate data into strategies for cross-functional stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience with program management within design or UX organizations.
  • Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with SQL and data analytics to build and maintain automated dashboards and data tables that track UX health metrics and program performance over time.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of experience in program management within a UX organization.
  • Experience with the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience with user research and UX methodologies.
  • Experience in using SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience in UX analytics, including building systems to capture, track, and report UX insights and impact metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercialization of internal user product table data tables ensuring data integrity and vendor-led quality assurance to support UX teams.
  • Drive adoption of the tables through democratized data access and integrating insights into early-stage product ideation and design thinking.
  • Own the participant pipeline health program for enterprise recruitment which includes initiatives to improve the participant lead sourcing process and grow the participant pipelines for researchers across Ads and Commerce teams.
  • Oversee vendor engagement, including budget management and headcount planning.
  • Implement initiatives to streamline vendor workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead program management efforts for other workstreams which are related to participant pipeline health and data table infrastructure.
