Requirements

  • 9+ years of UX or closely related experience (preferred).
  • A degree in a relevant discipline such as Interaction Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or Human Factors (preferred).
  • Experience designing within agile product teams and delivering value through digital product iterations.
  • Experience conducting, leading, or applying user research to make evidence-driven design decisions.
  • A digital portfolio demonstrating your UX process, outcomes, and design thinking (required).
  • Ability to design seamlessly across web, native mobile, and automated experiences.
  • Strong communication skills—as a writer, presenter, and facilitator—with comfort speaking to developers, stakeholders, and executives.
  • Foundational understanding of web and mobile development.
  • Familiarity with design systems, including how to scale, reuse components, and contribute enhancements.
  • Experience partnering with user research to identify customer problems and opportunities.
  • Ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative insights to uncover patterns and advocate for data‑driven design.
  • A deep sense of curiosity and a natural tendency to ask “why?”
