Rocket Communications is an enterprise UX Design company focused on designing mission-critical applications and systems. We are seeking a Senior UX Designer holding Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility, who possesses the right balance of creativity and analytical skills to help solve some of our nation’s most complex space app user experience challenges. Whether you call yourself a product designer, interaction designer, UX designer, or something else entirely: if you have the ability to look past the noise and identify core problems, this might be the right fit. This is an onsite role in Centennial, CO or Aurora, CO. Due to our work with the government, we’re seeking a designer with Top Secret clearance & SCI Eligibility.

Requirements

5+ years of UX design experience with a four-year degree, or equivalent experience.
Able to implement an end-to-end UX process in a government program environment.
Experience in complex app design.
Able to produce complex designs in Figma that meet established design system and specification guidelines.
Experience working with DoD, Intel and/or Space applications.
Ability to communicate design decisions, and are proficient at delivering design specs that can be understood and executed by developers.
Have a portfolio or case study examples of your work and can discuss your design process during your interview.
Able to build good relationships with clients and colleagues.
Live in the Denver area and are willing to work onsite daily in Centennial or Aurora, CO.
Have a Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
