Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract surety underwriting.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently and make sound underwriting decisions.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and underwrite contract surety risks in accordance with company guidelines and standards.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to underwriting policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior underwriters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Contribute to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals through effective risk management and decision-making.
