About The Position
Apple's Vision Products Group (VPG) is seeking Senior Triage Automation Engineers to join their team and contribute to the development of cutting -edge applications for next -generation interactive computing platforms, including spatial computing and augmented reality (AR). In this role, you will triage and prioritize incoming bugs, analyze logs, and develop automation tools and systems to enhance the triage process and prioritization. You will work closely with engineering teams, QA, management, and program office within Apple, requiring exceptional analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills. The role entails reducing complex issues to actionable steps, detecting patterns, and collaborating in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in triage and root -cause analysis, with familiarity in software engineering workflow systems and scripting languages like Python and JavaScript being desirable. A bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
