About The Position

As part of Eataly's Finance Department, the Senior Treasury Analyst supports the development and maintenance process and procedures pertaining to Treasury Operations. A Senior Treasury Analyst focuses on cash management services, payment and liquidity services. Reports to the Treasury & Cash Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Assists with monitoring and managing company's daily cash position
Maintains the cash management functions, including cash pooling structures
Coordinates the month-end bank reconciliation activities
Performs daily audits on the stores cash operations, to identify and analyze any discrepancies in sales collection
Assists with day-to-day Treasury related tasks and investigation and resolution of queries coming from both the stores and corporate departments
Assists with development and implementation of Treasury SOPs, policies, operational controls and standards
Assists the department in fulfilling all regulatory requirements and related reporting
Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
Reconciles fixed asset register to actual cashouts
Support the execution of all treasury activities for the setup of new stores and locations
Performs regular review of all bank accounts to ensure accuracy
Performs other duties as assigned
