About The Position

As a member of the People Team’s Transformation Management Office, you will be accountable for leading complex, cross-functional People initiatives that require strong execution discipline and sound business judgment. This role operates as a senior individual contributor, owning end-to-end delivery of high-impact programs while partnering closely with functional leaders to enable informed business decisions. The initial scope for first 12 months includes: Global Benefit Admin Systems & Vendor Integration Programs Enterprise Workforce Growth & Planning Initiatives As priorities evolve, this role will rotate into other People and enterprise transformation efforts requiring experienced program leadership. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Global People Services and Technology.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-vendor and system-integrated initiatives , ideally within HR, Benefits, Payroll, or People Technology.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, location strategy, or business case development in a multi-jurisdiction or global context.
  • Strong program and project management discipline, with the ability to manage detailed execution.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and effectiveness across both execution-heavy and strategy-oriented initiatives.
  • Solid business acumen; able to understand and integrate financial, compliance, and talent considerations.
  • Clear, executive-ready communication skills.
  • Operates with high autonomy within defined strategic direction.
  • Owns day-to-day execution and cross-functional coordination; escalates risks and decisions appropriately.

Responsibilities

  • Own integrated project plans across vendors and internal teams (People, Benefits, Payroll, People Technology).
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and issues related to compliance, data integrity, and payroll accuracy.
  • Drive execution governance, stakeholder communication, and transition to steady-state operations.
  • Lead cross-functional planning from intake through decision.
  • Synthesize inputs across labor markets, HR, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Compliance
  • Present scenarios, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Rotate into new transformation initiatives as needed.
  • Apply consistent program management rigor while adapting to initiative complexity.
