Training and professional development of employees in various topics or skills. This includes the preparation of lesson plans and other materials to be used in conducting training, scheduling and coordinating various workshops, classes or seminars, conducting training in a variety of settings and/or facilitating a variety of meetings or seminars. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced training professional with a strong background in adult learning, instructional design, and organizational training program coordination. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience developing and delivering training for adult learners, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from frontline employees to senior leadership. Must demonstrate exceptional presentation and facilitation skills and be skilled at designing effective, practical learning experiences that support operational and professional development goals. The candidate should be highly proficient in developing curriculum and training materials and translating complex information into clear, accessible instruction. Strong written communication skills are essential for creating documentation, guides, and training resources. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience managing or supporting training administration through an enterprise learning management system, such as Oracle Learning Management (or a similar system), is highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate will be supporting procurement or coordination of training-related commodities and services while maintaining strong organizational and administrative practices
