Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in onboarding and talent development.
  • 5+ years managing high-performing Learning and Development teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Education or Organizational Design.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs for 1000+ employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement an onboarding strategy for new and existing employees.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify learning opportunities.
  • Evaluate curriculum effectiveness through data analysis and feedback.
  • Define and communicate success metrics for training programs.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Learning and Development Specialists.
