From pre-shipment planning to post-entry audits, we specialize in solving the challenges that arise before and after cargo moves. Our core services include HTS classification, duty drawback, reconciliation, compliance assessments, duty recovery, and C-TPAT/supply chain security implementation. Job Overview We are looking for a motivated individual who excels in a fast-moving, professional, and dynamic setting to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while demonstrating strong customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities

• Ensure clear and effective communication internally and with Tradewin customers
• Research regulations related to Customs and Partner Government Agencies
• Prepare comprehensive analyses and advisory reports
• Assess importer compliance with U.S. Customs regulations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the department
• Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team
