About The Position

Pritchard Companies is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Total Rewards Analyst to support and enhance our compensation, benefits, and HR analytics programs. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and leadership to deliver competitive, equitable, and data‑driven total rewards solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HRIS, or HR analytics.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with an HRIS (ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with salary structures, pay transparency laws, benchmarking tools, or ADP HRIS.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain salary structures, job architecture, and market pricing for roles.
  • Support annual compensation cycles, pay equity analysis, and pay transparency requirements.
  • Analyze benefits costs and utilization; support renewals and open enrollment.
  • Serve as the primary HR reporting and analytics resource, building dashboards and KPIs.
  • Ensure HRIS data accuracy and support system improvements and reporting automation.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and leadership on data needs and projects.
