About The Position

American Dental Companies is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to support payroll, benefits, and compensation operations across a multi-state, multi-entity healthcare organization. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across our HR systems while helping stabilize and improve Total Rewards processes. This is a hands-on, in-office role focused on auditing, problem-solving, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, or total rewards support roles
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, deductions, and compliance fundamentals
  • Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved, UKG, or similar platforms preferred)
  • Experience supporting benefits administration and ACA/1095 processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and improving existing processes

Responsibilities

  • Perform payroll audits and validations prior to submission, including review of hours, pay, deductions, and adjustments
  • Partner with Payroll to identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll is finalized
  • Reconcile benefits deductions and eligibility across systems (iSolved, Employee Navigator)
  • Support ACA and 1095 reporting processes in coordination with external vendors
  • Investigate and resolve payroll and benefits issues, ensuring timely and accurate corrections
  • Maintain data accuracy across HRIS systems and support ongoing cleanup and optimization efforts
  • Assist with preparation for UKG implementation, including data validation and process documentation
  • Track and report on payroll, benefits, and compliance issues to identify trends and risks
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve operational issues and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support open enrollment execution, including data validation and employee issue resolution
  • Document processes and contribute to building standardized procedures and controls
