About The Position

Position: Senior Test Lead (Einfochips) Job Description: What You'll Be Doing: Principal Accountabilities Recommend proposals on the production of new Software/cloud/ Web product applications with security based on global data privacy standards Evaluate progress and results of development solution form quality perspective. Partner in methodology development activities. Plan, analyze and review functional and technical specification documents Establish overall architecture approach for all layers of a solution ensuring architecture standards and procedures. Provide guidance to team with hands-on technical Software/Product development lifecycle. Lead technical discussions within the team and with other groups across Business Units associated with evaluating and executing design / development / maintenance plans for client products Job Complexity Requires in-depth knowledge and experience Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions Works independently; receives minimal guidance Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff Works independently What We Are Looking For: End-to-end system functional testing experience OTA functional validation knowledge MQTT functional workflow understanding Wi-Fi and BLE functional testing - Integrating the existing design and building of a wireless connectivity testing framework for testing the connectivity of wireless security protocol devices, this adaptable framework can be customized to meet the specific needs of diverse clients and products. Leveraging this expertise focuses on validating next-generation wireless devices using the WPA3 security encryption standard, ensuring secure communication for future technologies. JIRA / defect lifecycle management Perform system-level regression testing for firmware Own functional, integration, End to End test design, execution activities and bug tracking activities. Identify, prioritize & execute tasks in testing life cycle and perform code reviews Ensure next-generation IoT devices function correctly by analyzing technical needs, validating interfaces, and reviewing logs from device, application, and system levels. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) due to the high level of cross-functional interaction between various development and QA teams. Bridge cultural gap, communication gap, geographical gap to enable better coordination with the client.
