The Senior Teller will be responsible for daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up locations of the branch and participate in all dual control functions. This position is also responsible for the delivery of outstanding client service and for developing and maintaining client relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for additional products and other lines of business. The role involves providing client account services, delivering personalized client service in person and over the phone, processing various transactions including currency transaction reports, completing special client requests, reconciling cash drawers, utilizing 360View for recording activities, processing consumer credit card applications, identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities, contributing to client service and bank success, complying with bank operations and security procedures, maintaining client confidence, enhancing job knowledge through training, adhering to Reg CC and cash-handling standards, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and completing work accurately.
