About The Position

At Clark Pacific, the Senior Technical Solutions Engineer designs, builds, and supports advanced technology solutions that enable business operations and innovation. Working as part of an integrated team, this role collaborates with IT leadership, business units, and external partners to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. This position plays a key role in building enterprise integrations, data platforms, and AI-driven automation that improve workflows and generate business insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in application development, database administration, and system integration.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or .NET required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL required.
  • Experience building integrations using APIs and event-based architectures.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Power BI.

Nice To Haves

  • Azure cloud experience preferred.
  • Experience building data lakes or AI/ML solutions preferred.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
  • Build and maintain scalable applications, integrations, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Design reusable services, APIs, and technical libraries that support enterprise systems.
  • Develop data lakes, pipelines, and data models to support analytics, reporting, and AI/ML workloads.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven process improvements.
  • Design and implement AI agents and workflow automation tools.
  • Administer relational and non-relational databases and ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot application and system performance issues and implement solutions.
  • Estimate effort, cost, and risk for technical solutions and support project planning.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, network standards, and technology best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
