Job Overview The primary responsibility for this position will be to drive firm-wide adoption and optimization of our technology stack, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce development and implementation. This role will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity, enabling advanced insights, and addressing operational inefficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university. An equivalent blend of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational enablement, training, and/or systems management.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development and implementation, including customization, automation, API integrations and data migration. Prior direct experience with financial services cloud strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data warehouses, and cloud platforms such as Azure strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.
  • Familiarity with financial services technology platforms and data security best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to be organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Set high quality standards and strive for continues improvement and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Sapient Technology Stack: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and resource for all Sapient systems/applications. Assist users with troubleshooting requests and/or navigating the systems effectively. Collaborate with other team members to evaluate new tools/applications including testing functionality, determining requirements, etc., as directed.
  • Salesforce Implementation: Lead Salesforce development and implementation projects, including customizing workflows, building automation, and integrating Salesforce with other platforms to meet business needs. Collect ongoing feedback from users across the organization to continue refining the application and drive utilization.
  • Database Management: Optimize and manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions to address discrepancies.
  • Integration & Automation: Develop integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms. Automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards, validation processes, and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ongoing User Support: Build a feedback loop with power users to ensure continuous improvements and innovation. Provide ad-hoc support as needed to assist users and clients with navigating our tools and applications.
  • Process Improvement and Documentation: Implement systems and tools for efficient documentation and process improvement, ensuring we can scale rapidly while maintaining quality.
