About The Position

About this role: The Veteran Experienced Talent (VET) Program is a 6-week direct hire program designed to connect Veterans with meaningful career opportunities. Candidates are hired as full-time employees and will receive support and coaching aimed at ensuring a smooth transition into Wells Fargo. The program includes three half-day Program Orientations led by the Military Talent Team and Learning & Development Facilitators, five weeks of two-hour networking and professional development sessions, and an assigned program Alumni mentor to ease transition, build networks, and foster camaraderie within the cohort. That’s why we’re committed to hiring military veterans, veterans with disabilities, military families, and active military Reserve and National Guard personnel. #VETProgram In this role, you will: Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products & services for medium to large business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services Review customer information with the technology team Implement technical initiatives for complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise Lead initiatives for complex projects and work with the technology team to assess customer information and recommend best solutions to the customer Analyze, assess, and test data controls and data systems to ensure quality and risk compliance standards are met and adhere to data governance standards and procedures Conduct research or testing of achieving market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory or compliance issues and implications of new implementations Collaborate and consult with the technology team to resolve issues and provide customers with best possible solutions Provide guidance on leveraging new technology

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Service in any branch of the United States military
  • Must be off active duty no later than the anticipated start date Exceptions: terminal leave and/or traditional Guard or Reserve status. These are eligible
  • Ability to work on-site at approved location listed
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience building interactive Tableau dashboards and stories
  • Proficiency with Power BI
  • Experience with public or private cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or PCF)
  • Knowledge of GenAI, automation, or intelligent document processing technologies
  • Strong understanding of risk and compliance within financial services
  • Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple datasets and prioritize deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, including experience leading development teams
