Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of heavy machinery
Must possess tools necessary to repair heavy machinery
Ability to diagnose, repair and troubleshoot engines, transmission and hydraulics
Must be able to successfully complete a background check
One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school
Minimum five plus year's of CAT dealer experience and ten year's heavy equipment industry experience or equivalent education and experience
