  • Familiarity with mechanical metrology, torque/angle tools, and fixture setup for precision press‑fit operations.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Execute production tasks (soldering, press‑fit, coating/masking, potting, mechanical assembly) strictly per Aitech WI/SOPs and customer drawings; comply with IPC‑A‑610 Class‑3 and J‑STD‑001 requirements.
  • Press‑fit operations : Verify tooling alignment, apply controlled force, perform post‑press inspection/X‑ray as specified, and record route card updates for each step.
  • Conformal coating & masking : Ensure accurate masking of keep‑out areas, defect‑free application, and participate in SCAR/CAR investigations with QA when defects are detected.
  • Potting/encapsulation : Prepare materials, control mix ratios/cure, conduct post‑cure cleanliness to meet J‑STD‑001 acceptance; document batch/lot details.
  • Mechanical assembly : Install hardware and thermal interfaces, apply specified torque, and verify fit/form/function; complete final inspection records.
  • ESD & FOD control : Maintain compliance with SOW requirements for FOD prevention, cleaning, and post‑process residue checks—no ultrasonic cleaning; meet specified cleanliness limits.
