Reliability Services is seeking a Field Service Senior Technician to support field service projects across multiple service offerings. This role plays a key part in our continuous improvement culture, driving excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost while delivering measurable value to our customers. Requirements

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic and international) and work away from home
  • Minimum 3 years of technician experience in a related field
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (CDL Class A preferred)
  • Ability to safely operate truck and trailer
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools and safety equipment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. passport
  • Ability to pass periodic drug screenings (including hair follicle), background checks, and clearance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead small projects and manage one-person jobs with minimal supervision
  • Mentor and support less experienced technicians in the field
  • Perform diagnostic data collection, including lubricant and vibration analysis
  • Follow all safety requirements, including PPE, JHA/JSA, Lockout/Tagout, work permitting, and near-miss reporting
  • Attend daily safety and production meetings
  • Submit required documentation and paperwork promptly and accurately
  • Read and interpret P&IDs and understand process flow in refineries and plants
  • Operate oil transfer pumps, filtration equipment, and related systems
  • Perform visual inspections and repairs on oil distribution piping, hoses, and equipment
  • Record gauge readings and LCD display values
  • Route piping and bend tubing as directed by lead personnel
  • Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment
  • Load and unload materials using electric dollies
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment on-site
  • Communicate methodologies with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review procedures prior to job execution
  • Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Understand naval vessel operations, equipment, and layouts
  • Record scheduled gauge and log readings accurately
  • Route flushing hoses as directed by lead personnel
