The Senior Technician, Maintenance ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant and facility equipment by performing advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Requirements

  • Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years in industrial maintenance required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment failures promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset reliability.
  • Conduct plant rounds, inspections, and operational checks (e.g., water treatment, refrigeration systems).
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts usage and maintenance activities in CMMS.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
