About The Position

The Senior QC Technician drives product quality by executing advanced laboratory testing, analyzing results, and managing deviations to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Applies deep technical expertise to uphold product safety, reliability, and regulatory alignment. Actively contributes to departmental goals in safety, health, environment, and quality, reinforcing customer trust and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities Perform Lab Tests: Independently carry out routine quality control analyses following set procedures. Check Results: Review test results for accuracy and consistency before submission Data Integrity & Documentation : Confidently handle all steps of testing, including preparation, execution, and accurate documentation. Deviation Management: Identify, report, and process quality-related deviations (e.g., OOS) in accordance with established protocols. Conduct initial laboratory investigations for out-of-specification results, ensuring compliance with execution protocols. : Identify recurring problems and escalate them to the appropriate person or team. Inventory Management: Procure lab consumables within financial authority to ensure uninterrupted operations. Maintain Equipment: Take care of assigned lab equipment, including calibration and basic maintenance, following GMP and safety standards. Problem Solving: Analyze special samples to help resolve lab or support in production issues.. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support broader lab performance by contributing to team goals and sharing technical insights. Requirements

  • A science background and practical QC experience - a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (preferred) and at least 2 years of quality control or lab experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills - you interpret data, spot trends, identify deviations quickly, and take action to maintain quality standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail - precision in testing, documentation, and evaluating product quality, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
