About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to support growth across Commure’s Engineering, Product and Design teams. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling these teams through standardized, efficient, effective, and metrics-driven sourcing techniques. You will own top-of-funnel strategy and be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier talent to ensure we continue building the foundational teams that allow Commure to succeed. The people at Commure will ultimately determine our success and this role will directly impact our ability to deliver on our mission. This role will be hybrid, working 3 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical sourcing experience in the software industry, with a proven track record in high-volume and targeted pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to candidates.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement sourcing strategies and workflows to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Identify creative sourcing techniques and tools to activate and engage passive Talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring priorities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage multiple requisitions with strong pipelines of active and passive candidates to sustain long-term hiring goals.
  • Maintain data hygiene through our applicant tracking system (Ashby) to ensure accuracy of our Talent datasets.
  • Utilize data to set benchmarks and metrics to create targeted sourcing strategies and decision-making.
