Your Role in Our Mission As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will shape the future of our organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring the best and brightest minds. You’ll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to accelerate our hiring efforts. We move quickly but intentionally - focused on a high-signal, high-impact hiring process. You know how to calibrate fast, keep momentum high, and bring a point of view on the AI/tech talent landscape. You stay close to where talent lives and bring real insight into every step of the process. We’re looking for someone who goes beyond traditional recruiting channels. You know how to find talent in places others overlook - GitHub, research communities, open-source projects, niche forums - and you’re creative and persistent in how you engage them. You enjoy crafting thoughtful outreach and building targeted sourcing strategies to reach world-class AI/ML talent. We hire selectively, and we want our new hires to raise the bar.
