This role will be mostly remote with some potential day(s) on site (in Palo Alto/SF, Irvine/Tustin or Vancouver area) with flexability depending on business needs This is what you'll do: - Lead and execute recruiting strategy that takes into account Rivian's need to hire professionals at the tops of their fields who are located all over the country and the world Develop internal communications and processes for high internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets Develop interview process that supports hiring for Rivian's culture and values and work intensively with design, engineering, and business functions to improve every Rivian employee's effectiveness at identifying the right talent Work hard, exceed expectations, challenge
