About The Position

Roku is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive hiring for our Devices, Product, and Technology teams across North & South America. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation—while partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver exceptional talent. Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, including full lifecycle recruiting for software engineering roles.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, etc.).
  • Experience leveraging AI in your daily work, especially for passive sourcing and delivering insightful screening feedback to your hiring teams.
  • Ability to balance candidate expectations with business needs and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to recruit for other technical or non-technical roles as needed.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • A strong mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Proven success in recruiting Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, and other related technical roles.

Responsibilities

  • Own Full-Desk Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
  • Strategic Talent Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent strategies, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Deep Sourcing Expertise: Build and maintain strong pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean search, social media, niche platforms, and direct outreach sourcing techniques.
  • Candidate Experience Champion: Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized engagement.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and talent availability to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows and establish scalable best practices that benefit the entire team.
