Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth U.S.-based technology startups
  • Proven success in hiring for hard-to-fill roles, with expertise in sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of partnering effectively with hiring managers and team leaders
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with persistence in sourcing and closing top talent
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining alignment with cross-functional teams, with potential onsite requirements up to 3 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and data-driven roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Develop and execute creative, high-impact sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner throughout the hiring process
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to continuously improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience across all touchpoints, maintaining professionalism and consistency
  • Drive process improvements to streamline hiring, increase quality of hire, and reduce time-to-fill
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and talent availability to inform proactive recruitment strategies
