We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team at Snap Inc! This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity, based in our Bellevue, WA office.
Requirements
- Skilled at building effective and high-performing ML teams
- Ability to be customer-focused and to provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
- Strong data tracking and evaluation skills & ability to drive process change through data analysis
- Proven ability to hire for hard-to-fill roles
- Subject-matter expertise in machine learning and deep learning recruitment & the ML industry
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Strong offer negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced often ambiguous environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting machine learning engineers

- Experience working in both small and large tech companies
- Experience recruiting for an array of technical roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
- Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
- Experience developing recruiting strategy and interview process alongside business leaders
Responsibilities
- Hire top machine learning talent who will play a key role in building and shaping key features that millions of Snapchatters use every day
- Provide full life cycle, high-touch recruiting support for our machine learning teams
- Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners
- Source, evaluate, network with, and hire top tier talent
- Apply data and hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
- Act as a brand ambassador of Snap Inc. and maintain excellent candidate experience
