We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team at Snap Inc! This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity, based in our Bellevue, WA office.

Requirements

  • Skilled at building effective and high-performing ML teams
  • Ability to be customer-focused and to provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong data tracking and evaluation skills & ability to drive process change through data analysis
  • Proven ability to hire for hard-to-fill roles
  • Subject-matter expertise in machine learning and deep learning recruitment & the ML industry
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong offer negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced often ambiguous environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting machine learning engineers

  • Experience recruiting for an array of technical roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
  • Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
  • Experience developing recruiting strategy and interview process alongside business leaders

Responsibilities

  • Hire top machine learning talent who will play a key role in building and shaping key features that millions of Snapchatters use every day
  • Provide full life cycle, high-touch recruiting support for our machine learning teams
  • Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners
  • Source, evaluate, network with, and hire top tier talent
  • Apply data and hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
  • Act as a brand ambassador of Snap Inc. and maintain excellent candidate experience
