About The Position

NetImpact Strategies has a great opportunity for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process, which includes partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership as a talent advisor. An understanding of business operations, IT and management consulting is essential. You must project a professional image, understand the nature of the government contract and/or clearance requirements, organizational and market challenges and provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical recruiting or sourcing role
  • 5+ years of experience using a modern ATS (iCims prefered)
  • 2+ years experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter within the government consulting arena
  • 2+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Expertise recruiting or sourcing for a variety of technical roles
  • Solid understanding of OFCCP compliance, HR practices, and labor legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative team and customer-oriented attitude
  • Organized individual with the ability to track many moving pieces

Responsibilities

  • Use modern sourcing methods to identify and connect with passive candidates for open and proposed roles
  • Maintain accurate notes, records and documentation in the ATS (iCims)
  • Develop and maintain a robust and consistent pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
  • Screen qualified candidates for technical knowledge, skills and cultural fit
  • Utilize Boolean search, X-ray sourcing methods, database scraping and Open Source intelligence
  • Leverage professional and referral networks to attract talent
  • Develop drip campaigns and social media campaigns to promote and attract talent to the NetImpact brand
  • Develop competitive intelligence related to hiring trends, candidate availability
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to managers and leadership
