The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process, which includes partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership as a talent advisor. An understanding of business operations, IT and management consulting is essential. You must project a professional image, understand the nature of the government contract and/or clearance requirements, organizational and market challenges and provide innovative solutions.
