GTI is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for complex engineering and advanced manufacturing roles. This individual will operate as a strategic talent advisor to engineering leadership, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Piping Engineering, Automation Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and New Product Introduction (NPI) talent. This role requires deep technical sourcing capability, advanced Boolean expertise, patent and publication mining, talent mapping, and high-touch candidate engagement strategies. The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage executive-level offer negotiations and provide data-driven market insights to leadership.
