About The Position

As Technical Recruiter, Contractor at Hinge Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our engineering team by recruiting top-tier talent for specialized technical roles. You will leverage your expertise to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions through proactive sourcing and networking. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering leadership to deeply understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. Your creativity and efficiency will be key as you develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche technical roles, ensuring we attract the best candidates in the industry. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruitment experience
  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated success in filling positions requiring niche technical skills (React Native, Bluetooth, embedded systems, mobile development)
  • University and/or internship recruiting experience
  • Experience and commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Strategic sourcing capability with the ability to proactively network and establish an active pipeline of external candidates
  • Experience with effective stakeholder management
