Senior Technical Project Manager – Voice Systems Location: Bethesda, MD Peraton is looking for a dynamic, technically driven Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Voice Systems team . In this role, you will lead critical initiatives that directly support the safety and reliability of U.S. air travel. What You’ll Do Lead Program Execution: Define, plan, and manage the full lifecycle of complex network infrastructure and software projects from concept through deployment. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across RAN, hardware, software, and systems integration teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope. Manage Technical Risk: Proactively identify, mitigate, and track technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks—particularly within network deployments. Enable Strategic Alignment: Ensure technical deliverables align with broader business objectives, program priorities, and long-term timelines. Communicate with Impact: Deliver clear, concise project updates, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership. Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • 12+ years of experience leading complex technical programs or projects, including:
  • End-to-end project planning and execution
  • Network infrastructure and/or software project management
  • Cross-functional team leadership (RAN, hardware, software, systems integration)
  • Vendor coordination and technical risk management
  • Schedule, dependency, and milestone tracking
  • Stakeholder communication, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management, or a related field or an additional four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
