The Technology Enablement Alliance (TEA) is an organization within Product & Technology (P&T) that provides a platform dedicated to managing distributed systems to meet organizational and product scale requirements, offering a comprehensive suite of products to conceive, construct and efficiently manage distributed system workloads. Data Stores is a department within TEA that focuses on developing tools for constructing and operating data stores, as well as providing operational support for data stores. TEA engineering teams operate within a hybrid delivery framework using principles from Agile and Kanban, our TPMs work hand in hand with their engineering teams to define delivery methods and team processes customized for each team.
