About The Position

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in keeping our omni-channel projects moving effectively and efficiently internally. The PM engages with all internal team members and serves as the communication hub, gathering information to understand the overall client request in terms of project objectives, deliverables, and timing. This role proactively works to move the technical, operations, creative, and account team members toward project completion by developing and managing accurate project schedules, estimating team hours, and facilitating cross-functional communication regarding resource availability, expectations, and budget implications.

  • Remains calm in high-pressure situations, bringing control to the messy, chaotic, uncertain, changing environment of working with multiple clients and projects.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize day-to-day responsibilities, keeping in mind how your work impacts the team’s ability to perform their jobs.
  • Innate attention to detail to manage the output of delivery to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Superior communication skills with ability to articulate project milestones and escalating project issues, work with various personalities as well as present opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful to ask great questions and utilize assets available.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to re-prioritize as required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once that could include creative type projects to technical implementations / solutions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field, or equivalent experience and education.
  • 5+ years of active project management experience.
  • Experience using Project Management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Product Discovery, etc...

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience in loyalty marketing, financial services and/or healthcare preferred.
  • Background/experience in platform services, SaaS, and/or product development environment a plus.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from kickoff through delivery. Including, but not limited to: project setup, team resourcing, project labor estimates, key milestone identification, and timeline development.
  • Coordinate internal resource assignments with insight from department leads and/or clients to achieve project milestones.
  • Effectively facilitate internal/external meetings (i.e., project status, delivery team status, internal creative reviews, etc.), making relevant contributions, generating collaborative discussion and thoroughly documenting meeting notes and next steps.
  • In collaboration with Account Services, maintain client project status sheets and budgets on a weekly basis.
  • Actively manage and participate in client meetings, demonstrations and or implementations.
