We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Strategic Initiatives team within the HealthEdge Technology organization. Our team is leading the integration of multiple engineering teams into a unified, scalable organization, driving alignment, efficiency, and innovation. As we transition to a holistic engineering structure, we are also building out platform teams and capabilities to enable innovation and operational excellence. In this role, you will drive high-visibility, cross-functional programs that accelerate this transformation, optimize resources, and establish best-in-class engineering processes. You must have a proven track record of managing complex technical initiatives, thriving in executive-facing roles, and navigating organizational change with clarity and structure. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with deep program management expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and outstanding communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Your Impact: Lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic engineering and business goals. Support and accelerate the development of platform teams and capabilities to enable scalable, efficient engineering and drive innovation. Develop and refine program management frameworks, processes, and tools to optimize collaboration, governance, and operational efficiency. Partner with engineering, architecture, security, product, design, GTM, and platform teams to drive prioritization, decision-making, and rapid execution. Define and manage program roadmaps, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths. Provide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to leadership, leveraging analytics for informed decision-making. Identify and mitigate risks and blockers, ensuring smooth execution across teams and functions. Manage executive-level communications and expectations, ensuring transparency on program goals, progress, and challenges. Continuously improve engineering program management practices, helping the organization scale efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience leading complex, high-impact, cross-functional technical programs, preferably in SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).
  • Experience with platform engineering and building scalable capabilities within an organization.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar program management systems.
  • Superior problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong decision-making and risk management skills.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills, particularly in executive-facing environments.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive transformational change.
