About The Position

Clicklease is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with deep Odessa platform expertise to lead and support complex leasing system initiatives. This role serves as a critical bridge between Product, Technology, Finance, Accounting, and Operations, ensuring the Odessa platform is implemented, configured, and enhanced to meet business, accounting, and operational requirements. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Odessa experience—preferably from enterprise implementations or direct Odessa platform work—paired with strong technical program management capabilities and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective system execution.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in technical project or program management
  • Hands-on experience with the Odessa platform through client implementations, configuration, or internal product development
  • Strong understanding of leasing or asset-based finance workflows
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale technology initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and accounting requirements into system solutions
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
  • Experience managing system implementations, enhancements, and change management initiatives
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as an Odessa employee or consultant
  • Direct experience partnering with Finance and Accounting teams
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or adjacent systems such as Salesforce, tax engines, or reporting tools
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
  • Background in SaaS, FinTech, or financial services organizations

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a senior subject-matter expert on the Odessa platform, including configuration, integrations, and end-to-end lifecycle workflows
  • Translating business, accounting, and operational requirements into scalable Odessa system designs
  • Partnering closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure system outputs align with GAAP and internal control requirements
  • Supporting and strengthening internal Odessa knowledge to reduce key-person dependency
  • Leading and managing complex technology initiatives involving Odessa and related enterprise systems
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and external vendors
  • Owning project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes
  • Driving disciplined execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Supporting new feature rollouts, system enhancements, and configuration changes within Odessa
  • Overseeing testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality releases
  • Identifying opportunities to improve system efficiency, automation, and overall utilization
  • Ensuring system changes are thoroughly documented and clearly communicated to stakeholders
  • Acting as a primary liaison between technical teams and business partners
  • Facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and solution design discussions
  • Providing clear status updates, risk escalation, and decision support to leadership
