Requirements

  • 10+ years leading large‑scale program or technical program management initiatives across complex, cross‑functional environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize chaos: creating structure, governance, operating models, and predictable execution frameworks.
  • Proven track record influencing executives, business leaders, and technical teams, driving alignment and difficult decisions.
  • Strong communicator capable of distilling complexity into concise, transparent updates that shape action and accountability.
  • Advanced Jira user (not an admin): expert in leveraging Jira for dependency tracking, dashboards, program‑level visibility, and risk identification.
  • Experience leading vendor‑driven delivery and orchestrating multi‑team dependencies across internal and external partners.
  • Comfortable navigating politically complex environments, pushing back when needed, and escalating decisively with evidence.

Responsibilities

  • Establish order, structure, and efficiency across multiple workstreams, ensuring disciplined execution and predictable delivery.
  • Drive organizational alignment by influencing stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, vendors, and executive leadership.
  • Use Jira to build program‑level dashboards, dependency maps, commit vs. actual views, and early‑warning insights that drive behavioral change.
  • Improve program efficiency by identifying operational gaps, reducing noise, streamlining processes, and unblocking teams.
  • Lead executive‑level updates with clarity, transparency, and fact‑based storytelling that accelerate decision‑making.
  • Navigate ambiguity and complex stakeholder dynamics with confidence—re‑sequencing work, challenging assumptions, and setting guardrails.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for new requests, ensuring roadmap integrity and escalating scope shifts when needed.
  • Maintain deep understanding of program details (roadmap, sequencing, team roles, and technical constraints) to confidently steer timelines and commitments.
