Purpose Divergent is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager with experience in leading program and project activities related to design, development, qualification and production support of components to assist with a clean sheet development project. The Role Successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects by managing resources, risks, and technical baselines Collaborate across technical teams and ensure project milestones are met with precision and quality Facilitate technical review meetings, document, and communicate decision to stakeholders Support Configuration Management, Risk/Issue/Opportunity, and Scheduling processes Create, manage, track and report project spending

Requirements

  • Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
  • BS degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering field
  • minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools emphasis on Confluence and Jira
  • Experience in both traditional and agile project methodologies

Nice To Haves

  • Configuration Management background
  • Microsoft Project or Smartsheets experience
  • Certified Project Management Professional
  • Familiarity with gas turbine design
  • Familiar with additive manufacturing techniques, specifically metal AM for component development and production
