About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Technical Program Manager (m/f/d) to lead the end-to-end delivery of our cutting-edge enterprise-grade AI and software solutions. In this pivotal role, you are reporting into Product Delivery. You will transform customer requirements into robust, production-ready deployments that consistently meet rigorous performance, security, and reliability standards. You will be instrumental in driving successful program planning and execution, overseeing the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment. You will leverage your expertise in Program Management, Technical Project Management, and Stakeholder Management to collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams. Your strong technical leadership will ensure on-time, defect-free rollouts and smooth transitions, directly contributing to measurable customer value, fostering renewals, and enabling long-term organizational growth. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex, high-visibility programs across diverse cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic and technical program/project management or in SRE/DevOps roles in large-scale enterprise software implementations and successful program execution.
  • Technical fluency across Kubernetes/containers, CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform/Helm/Ansible), networking (TLS, proxies, fi rewalls), identity (SSO/SAML/OIDC, RBAC), and observability (logs/metrics/traces).
  • Proven track record delivering solutions in cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments and navigating ITIL‑based incident, change, and problem management processes
  • Exceptional stakeholder‑management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives and leading cross‑functional teams through complex, high‑visibility programs.
  • Outcome‑oriented mindset with a history of meeting tight deadlines and raising operational maturity through automation and standardization
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as GitHub/GitLab CI, Jenkins, Terraform/Helm/Ansible, Kubernetes, ServiceNow, Jira, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack is advantageous.
  • Experience with compliance standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR is beneficial.
  • Experience with AI product deployments (e.g., model serving, RAG, evaluation harnesses, policy/guardrail confi guration) is a plus.
