About The Position

To accomplish strategic objectives by overseeing the delivery and performance of
large, complex technology-driven programs supporting the Branch Operations
Facilities Management (BOFM) Division. This role is centered around the
management of BOFM technology systems and applications (including Tango,
Quickbase FastField Forms, Box, Bluebeam, and ServiceNow) used to enable
facilities management, design, construction, property management, and project
delivery. These large-scale efforts may comprise parallel projects and cover
software implementation and optimization, IT infrastructure enablement, business
process engineering, and functional capabilities. Provides a forward-thinking
industry perspective to plan, manage and implement strategy and tactical plans
across the BOFM portfolio. Ensures effectiveness of programs through application
of active change management techniques and changing goals/priorities. Ensures
effective balancing of talent and resourcing to meet project requirements.
Ensures effective coordination and management of projects and activities within
the team to include project design, testing, evaluation plans, timelines, and
operational planning in support of key strategic initiatives. Oversees/directs
the most complex/unusual tasks of significant impact and broad latitude
requiring complex analysis.
