Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Program Analyst to join our exciting team. This near-term opportunity is ideal for a self-starting, detail-oriented, and technically proficient individual having engineering experience with submarine or surface ship systems. This role supports a Navy program responsible for the development, integration, and sustainment of advanced Subsea and Seabed Warfare (SSW) capabilities including robotic and autonomous systems (RAS) , requiring close coordination across government, industry, and operational stakeholders. The individual will provide technically informed program support by translating complex engineering and analytical inputs into clear programmatic actions, supporting schedule and milestone execution, tracking risks and dependencies, and preparing concise briefings for lead ers hip . Responsibilities include facilitating technical and programmatic meetings, coordinating tasking across performers, ensuring follow-through on decisions and action items, and maintaining momentum across multiple lines of effort. As trust and familiarity with the mission grow , this individual will independently represent the government team in working groups and reviews, serving as a technically credible and reliable extension of the program leadership . This position will allow you to make a major difference across many programs within the program office. Work location: Washington DC , Hybrid (amount will vary) Travel: <25% can be expected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Physics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering ore related technical discipline.
  • 7 -15 years of relevant experience supporting defense or national security programs in technical analysis, engineering or program management roles.
  • Operational or Engineering experience with naval systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Active Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in technical or management field .
  • Understanding of acquisition processes, requirements development, and test/evaluation activities.
  • Prior experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and standing up technical working groups.
  • TS/SCI Clearance Preferred
