Requirements

• You have 10+ years of experience in product management with a dedicated focus on machine control technology.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Geospatial Science, or a related technical field.
• You possess an analytical mindset with a proven ability to leverage data to drive complex decision-making processes.
• You are an expert communicator capable of collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Deep technical understanding of geospatial or civil construction software applications.
• Experience specifically within earthmoving workflows or autonomous job site ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product lead for cloud agent development, bridging the gap between machine control platforms and cloud management environments.
• Drive the product backlog and author Marketing Requirements Documents (MRD) to translate complex market needs into executable engineering goals.
• Spearhead the integration of advanced workflows such as automated map sharing, avoidance zone synchronization, and real-time field data exchange.
• Champion the Trimble Site Ecosystem in high-level strategic meetings, aligning engineering efforts with global product roadmaps.
• Conduct deep-dive market research to stay ahead of competitor strategies and emerging trends in civil construction technology.
