The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in Seattle, WA or Renton, WA. The Senior Technical Lead will specialize in Salesforce CRM to lead end-to-end implementations, integrations, and platform optimizations. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce technical expertise, strong solution architecture and integration experience, and proven leadership in delivering complex, cross-functional CRM programs. This role will drive technical strategy, mentor engineers and admins, ensure best-practice development processes, and deliver scalable, secure and compliant solutions that transform our sales, marketing and customer support functions of the Boeing Global Services business unit within the Boeing Company.
